Air conditioning was cold. View from the room was okay. The room was clean.
We were shocked after finding Google Reviews regarding this building since it was majority negative. However, it seems like the reviews were for other units by another management team. Our unit C-23-13 was excellent.
Our pet also seemed to enjoy the small room. If you plan on bringing your pets, just ensure they are well-behaved.
Since it's a dual key unit, we can hear when the neighboring room blasts their music. It's also quite loud when they enter the front door. But it's not the host's fault.
Since it's also an animal friendly unit, the front door has traces of dog's smell. Quite strong, actually. Good thing the smell does not seep into the room.
The water from the water filter tastes metallic, "slightly" better after boiling. I would suggest you get your own drinking water from any shops nearby.

The person in charge (PIC) requested a room change for us before the check-in time; therefore, the photos posted online and the reality were completely different. When we arrived, the PIC told us to find a security guard, claiming that he had informed them of our situation. However, when I tried to contact the PIC, he didn’t answer my calls or respond to my messages. The security guard eventually called the owner for confirmation.
Additionally, the PIC provided me with a QR code for access to level 23 but instructed me to check into a room on level 51. The security guard had to reconfirm everything with the owner. While I understand the need for these confirmations, the process could have been smoother, especially by avoiding the confusion of different levels in the instructions.
The cleanliness of the room was lacking. There was hair on the sofa and an oil stain on the table. The toilet had a very unpleasant odour. While taking a shower, I noticed cockroaches emerging from the drain. I contacted the person in charge (PIC) to request a cleaning service. The PIC was very responsible and arranged for a cleaning service the following morning without any extra charge.
The hairdryer provided in the room was only functional at a certain angle, making it hard to blow-dry my hair.
The toilet also features a large window without any window stickers to obstruct the view. It feels weird and uncomfortable to take a shower.
