Convenient location, well decorated, well equipped kitchen.

Just a few minutes walk to San Marco Square.

The actual address is different from that shown on Booking.com which caused confusion. Lacking natural light due to close distance with the opposite building.

Very nice stay with great location

The location was great. They turned the a/c on to cool the apartment before we got there, which was nice. Family of four, with two teens, so 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was great.

We had an excellent and pleasant stay!

We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and perfectly comfortable for a family of four. The location was excellent—very convenient and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable.

The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning in the bedrooms, as both units had an unpleasant smell. Because of this, we only used the air conditioner in the living room. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.

a convenient location, clean and well equipped apartment. suitable for couple / family

Here are a few things that truly made our stay special: Immaculately Clean: The apartment was well-maintained, and prepared with great care upon our arrival. Please note the host will ask you to apply for city tax. Wonderful Hospitality: A staff has picked us up from the pier. The distance to the property is 3 mins. Fantastic Location: same pier for our daily outings and airport shuttle boat ( Eur 19/head w/ luggage ) Great Size and Equipment: It is well equipped. There is a store room in the middle of the apartment that connects the rooms.

The master bedroom was with good window shield so we slept without knowing it's very sunny outside.
