Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Die Schalldämmung der Fenster und Wohnungstür ist sehr gut. Das Haus und die Wohnung scheinen frisch renoviert. Für 2 Personen empfehlen wir sie auf jeden Fall weiter. Für mehr Personen allerdings nicht.
Uns hat die Lage gut gefallen, auch wenn in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft leer stehende Häuser bzw. Häuser, die renoviert werden, sind. Das ist in Lissabon aber überall so. Gefühlt steht ein 1/4 der Häuser leer.
An der nächsten Straßenecke ist ein hervorragender Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt. In fussläufiger Entfernung gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafés und Imbisse, die deutlich günstiger und viel besser als die im Zentrum sind. Für einen Absacker bietet sich der Kiosk im Jardim Constantino an! Zwei Metro-Stationen sind auch in der Nähe.
Das Badezimmer ist recht dunkel von der Beleuchtung her und die Lüftung ist sensorgesteuert, und startet wohl ab einer gewissen Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht aber ab einem gewissen Geruchslevel. Das ist aber gut zu verkraften. Das was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, ist die Schlafcouch. Zum einen kommt man bei ausgezogenem Zustand derselben nur noch zur Wohnungstür und zur Küche, indem man drüberkrabbelt. Das ist nicht ideal. Zum anderen ist sie absolut unbequem und hat an einem Gelenk scharfe Metallkanten, die wir mit einem Handtuch abgdeckt haben. Da müsste eine andere Lösung her.
Hier noch ein paar Anregungen:
Schön wäre für das bequeme Bett im Schlafzimmer ein ausreichend großer Matratzenbezug/ Bettbezug. Hier war nur ein auf links gezogener Oberbettbezug, den man nicht ausreichend unter die Matratze feststecken konnte und morgens zerknäult unter einem lag. Man hatte direkten Kontakt zum Martratzenschoner. Das wurde in einer vorherigen Rezension auch schon mal bemängelt und wohl nicht geändert.
Die Folie von der Badezimmertür könnte mal abgezogen werden.

Everything about the apartment was great!!! It was very clean, had everything I needed, and had plenty of space. I especially like the balcony and the location for what I needed was great.

Me gustó la ubicación. El apartamento es excelente. El día de la llegada, era un cuarto piso, no funcionaba el ascensor, escribí un mensaje y por la mañana ya estaba arreglado.
Todo muy bien con pequeños detalles para mejorar.

The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, the appartement is as expected from the pictures: modern, clean and comfortable. The balcony is a plus.
The equipment and furnishing makes not sense. Not a single coat hanger to be seen. A giant closet (half as large as my first student accommodation), but without anything to store clothes, not any hanger either.
In the kitchen, we found only three forks. Granted, this is only a three-persons appartement but still. By the way, when it comes to glasses, you will only find two (2!) of those. Thankfully there are six small and four large coffee cups. So if you wish to invite friends for tea time or breakfast, you are certainly very welcome to do so !!
Among other things, the duvet cover was smaller than the actual duvet (which was not really big relative to the bed for that matter). It was also inside out…
What is truly baffling, is that the apartment is brand new, the renovation was really well done, and this could simply be amazing. You need 2 hours in IKEA and a budget of maybe 300€ to have a perfect accommodation. This is either laziness or incredible cheapness, and a bit of a wasted potential.
