Excellent facilities and very close to the city center. For the price a really safe place with great service. Absolutely would recommend and stay again if visiting Lisbon. I was very impressed with my stay and felt so safe here and when the windows were closed you couldn't hear anything from outside. One of the best apartments I have rented in all my stays.
There are a few small points of improvement but I think for the price one should not complain.
- The fridge has an entire wall of ice on the back.
- No information provided that there were electric blinds.
- Shower curtain and shower head were moldy.
- The hot water quickly goes from scalding to ice and it is difficult to find a warm temperature.
- Communication via WhatsApp when booking clearly states communication should be via Booking.

La ubicación muy bien. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario.
No había aíre acondicionado y hacía mucho calor. El apartamento en general estaba limpio, pero tuvimos que volver a fregar vasos porque estaban sucios. Los colchones estrechos y muy duros.

Ottima posizione (tram, metro, treni e bus a pochissima distanza), assistenza disponibilissima e pronta a rispondere alle tue domande.

Large well-decorated, quiet apartment in good central location. Very good gas stovetop, electric oven, kitchen tops/sink, rangehood. Excellent building security and rubbish/recycling. Full sized bath.
No aircon, no tea towels, no oven mitts, no cutting board. Small narrow single IKEA beds. No riverview as listed on Booking.com facilities for room 4E. Guestready gave us the wrong address prior to check-in. More attention to important detail required. Guestready do not seem to have checked that apartment's facilities matched Booking com listing.
