Property had everything we needed in terms of cooking facilities. There was a pack with sponges/ washing up liquid on arrival which was a nice touch!
They didn’t provide hand towels or soap for both bathrooms (just for one) which I thought a bit odd but not a biggie.
Property was quite tired looking (rusty radiators/ stains on the duvets/ lamp in the master bedroom/ rusty table and chairs outside and could all be replaced)
Some spots hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and were covered in dust such as the bedside cabinet and shelves in the wardrobe (can provide pictures)
There was a big bag filled with either clean or dirty laundry (didn’t really want to investigate the bag) in the wardrobe in the wardrobe which used up space that we could have put our bags

Great location, well maintained site .
Planks are missing from the fence on the veranda, through which a child could easily fall.
A broken fence plank is lying on the deck with screws facing up.
The latch on the gate is broken.
The en suite bathroom has an overpowering smell of mould
Nice welcome pack but the scotch tablet bar had been opened and a bite taken out ! Weird!
Didn't receive instructions from agent how to get in property ( thought campsite office would issue instructions but was shut whole time I was there)
Worn out and disintegrated rubber door mats
Red rusty outdoor table which crumbled off if touched leaving sharp metal edges
Edges of carpet clearly never nozzle cleaned and thick with dust and detritus + carpets and sofa very grubby and need deep cleaning .
