Amazing spot in amed close to a lot of good restaurants and beaches

Arriving here was an exceptional experience - yes, you have to use the stairs from the main road down to the oceanside but with every step the amazingness of the ocean and the surroundings grew further and further. The staff is really attentive, friendly and helpful, the view from the open living room and kitchen overshadowed all the other hotels we've ever been to. The cleanliness is exceptional. Wayan, the manager did a really great job while taking care of us. Amed is a really exceptional base for excursions and returning here after a day in the hills felt like a dream every day. The trees and the plants are taken good care of and we had the best time during our stay. The corals in the front of the villas are also amazing, we've seen a lot of fish and animals, the sling in the ocean is also a big plus. The beach was never crowded, felt like a private beach. Renting scooters to go for shopping and excursions were also fine for us. The water dispenser was also a thoughtful gesture.
The main road leading to the villas needs to be finished, but it does not deduct the value of the villas and the nature around.
