We stayed last year, it is a beautiful apartment, very minor quibble is lack of wardrobe space but if you love Paris it is a fantastic place to stay
This year the heat was extreme so although the host did their best with temporary a/c it was very oppressive.

Very comfortable. Great amenities. Location cannot be beat.
The bath/shower thing was a little funky, but was fine.

Alles was prima maar ja net als een ieder het uitzicht is het aller beste super! We zijn weer een hele ervaring rijker! 😁👍🏻

This apartment was huge! Panoramic windows of the city. The loft upstairs had windows that you could actually see the Eiffel Tower from. Also two bathrooms, and huge shower tub combo. Centrally located next to the little square with all the cafés in musicians and artists!
No complaints! But might be a little hot in the summer without having air conditioning.
