Die u Bahn war in der Nähe, Einrichtung war modern und sauber, Betten waren bequem jedoch bei 4 Gästen dient die Couch als ausziehbett jedoch genug Platz.
Zu wenig Klo Papier für 4 Gäste, Erdgeschoss und deshalb hört man den oberen Stock, die u-Bahn und auch die Leute auf der Straße.

Great location and very clean and spacious!
There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Additionally, the apartment isn’t very sound proof and the bedroom shares a wall with next doors communal hallway so when people enter and exit the next doors flat it is incredibly loud.

The location was excellent for what we wanted. It was close to Metro stations and access to Rue des Martyrs was just down the street. It made us feel like temporary residents.
The rug in the living room and bedroom was a long shag that appeared dirty. We rolled it up and set it aside while there. The floor is beautiful. The apartment is right off the street. We could not open windows without allowing people to look in as they walked by. There were no sights and sounds of Paris once inside. The advertisement for the apartment made no mention of a view or outside access that is on me.
