booked this well traveling for work after a 18 hour day i was provided after asking 3 times the wrong checking in information finally after waiting half a hour for a call back i received the correct code. carrying my case up 3 flights of stairs i entered the property and was hit by a horrible smell of sewage after opening all the windows to try and clear the smell i then attempted to run the bath to find absolutely no hot water i turned around and located the reason for the smell the toilet leaking all over the floor. multiple broken items of furniture inside the property give reason to why the owners try to force you to pay a £150 ( security deposit) the next day i contacted the owner to receive not even so much as a apology i requested a refund for the nightmare that i had endured and requested a refund for my stay that i had not completed to be told they would get back to me after waiting 6 hours i attempted to call back to see if there was any progress only to find my phone number had been blocked by the owner. i then rang of another number and received a answer of its not there problem and i should contact booking.com this place should be removed from booking.com so no one has to deal with this supposed penthouse and horrible owners.

Dangerous and unsafe

I was left speechless what a dump and totally unsafe and insecure main front door to the building wide open with large amounts of rubbish outside and lots of young guys hanging around the property and lots of young girls going in and out of the building I will leave it to your imagination what was going on and what the building was being used for we walked into the property found the apartment but the apartment had no locks on the doors and clearly one of the girls and a guy that was leaving the property had just been in there clearly up to no good the cleanliness of the place and the smell was that bad and the fact that it was so unsafe we decided to leave phoned The host and they sent one of their maintenance guys down to which they refused to give us keys and changed the key code box combination so once they have secured the front door of the building we were unable to gain entry so we left and found a much better property so be aware this property is being used for other purposes the building and the area is not pleasant, and as a previous guest has stated is nothing more than an attic room at the top of the building with so many staircases to get to with no apparent fire exits of fire escapes You stay there at your own risk to life. I personally believe Booking.com should remove this from their listings.
