Clean and spacious for 4 of us.
Access road is very narrow though. Living room is hot as no aircon. Good to fit aircon in the living room as Malaysia weather is hot and humid all year round.

2. Well equipped kitchen- suitable for those who may want simple cooking to be done during stay
3. Spacious- 4 rooms with 3 bathrooms
4. Has wifi with smart tv
5. Owner easy to deal with- clear instructions for check in and check out
6. Plus point: has interesting reading materials for kids- the kids were excited during the whole stay
7. Has 2 extra toto and provided extra pillow with towels provided. There is also water heater.
8. Parking space for 2 cars
9. Family friendly, my elder parents and my children really enjoyed the stay
1. Located in tight small roads- but owner give clear direction therefore not a big issue
2. No coway- but still not a big issues, as homestay located middle of the city- no problem in having access to convenience store for mineral water
