​Right from check-in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and incredible hospitality. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and spotless throughout. The location is unbeatable, featuring beautiful pools, a private beach, an awesome waterpark, and endless fun attractions for the kids all day long. The food was top-tier, and the entire team went above and beyond for us.

Close to the beach. The beach itself is pretty nice but windy sometimes

The service level is pretty low, food and cocktails were not good even in the “restaurants”. On the first evening ive stepped on a broken glass near the bar area, it wasnt injured seriously so i didnt complaint but 2 days after in the same area there were still broken glasses and that happened in one of the restaurunts as well. Also, the room with the pool that weve got didnt look like the one in the pictures,m and no beach view while another family that came with us and picked a regular room got upgraded to a room with bigger pool and with beach view, unbelievable. Our expectations were much higher we will not come again.
