Everything staff skills communication, very clean, very close to Haram, food amazing, and very good variation of food , as I mentioned to reception lady I will definitely come again

Exceptional clean, spacious room, spacious bathroom. Short distance to Masjid Nabawi. Professional staff, Guest relation Mr. Khalid Al Harbi very proactive and smooth check in process. Variety of buffet of breakfast and dinner. Very helpfull and supportive Miss Julia in restaurant. Own parking space. Many elevators to serve guest movement.

Magnificant hotel
Staff could be more responsive—calls to the front desk were not returned, and reaching them often led to voicemail. The Wi-Fi password was not provided at check-in, so I had to figure it out on my own; this information should be clearly shared upon arrival. Additionally, the in-room service options could be improved.
