The hotel staff was excellent, from reception to housekeeping. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Haram.
The room was a bit small, and breakfast options could be improved.

The property is very close to the Haram and the staff are very helpful. I was allowed a little bit earlier than my check-in time at no extra cost. Everything went perfect. The price was reasonable.

The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five. The internet connection was also reliable and worked without any interruptions. Free parking was provided for my car. The hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting Masjid an-Nabawi. It is approximately 8–10-minute walk from Gate No. 338, which is especially convenient for ladies, as this gate provides access to the designated women's prayer area inside the mosque.
The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and improved quality. Unfortunately, no housekeeping service was provided despite our request. The bathroom also needs renovationnand its condition could be improved. Additionally, there was no hot water available during our stay; only normal-temperature water was provided.
