Hotel is good 7/10. Communication was poor, Even receptionist does not know basic english. If you know Arabic then its good.

The first room they gave me had very hard beds along with a clogged washroom, but the hotel management was flexible and changed my room, which had better beds and washrooms. If you're someone who is a slow walker, it will take you 10 mins to reach the women's gate, but otherwise it is not a long walk (almost 5-7 mins), and all the souvenir shops nearby are cheaper than most markets in Madina.
