The location is excellent and takes 3 to 4 mins to reach Masjid e Nabawi. Breakfast arrangements were nice and attractive. In addition, room service was excellent. Mr. Jewel helped us a lot and provided good customer service when needed. We wish him all the best. Thank you.
There is unusual odor from shower area each time it is being used. I recommend to search the origin of odors, may not be easy and mitigate it if possible or arrange air freshner. Thank you.

Excellent service. Very satisfied with the stay here. Staff was very accomodating and professional. Hotel is near to the ladies gate, lots of shops are available nearby for shopping, different variety of restaurants available within 5-10 mins walk.

It is near ladies gate as expected and staff is kind, and easy access to travel around. Room service guys are true champions- they look after well.. Good for families…
In room Fridge was not good, we bought few fridge items but next day found out fridge is not cooling well so we had to discard those items..

Staff was welcoming
I booked a room with 4 twin beds, however, they give 2 twin beds and 2 single beds. When highlighted at reception, they mentioned it’s normal, they don’t have have rooms with 4 twin beds.
Buttons for light were at in convenient places
