I definitely do not recommend after how they treated a pregnant woman and a family with children!

HONESTLY, this was the WORST ACCOMMODATION experience we have ever had, and it completely ruined our family holiday – something we had been looking forward to for half a year. After a 12-hour drive, we arrived as a family with two small children and my wife, who is 7 months pregnant. The parking, which is supposed to be part of the accommodation, may exist “on paper,” but in reality it is a completely inadequate improvised space – no standards, no proper width of parking spots, just lines roughly sprayed on the ground with orange paint, and on top of that, it was already full when we arrived. Following the owner’s instructions, we were forced to park elsewhere. During the day, our car was damaged while parked on this property. When I started addressing the situation, I expected a normal human approach. Instead, what followed was shocking. Pressure, accusations of lying, manipulation of the situation, and extremely unprofessional behavior from multiple people who were clearly covering for each other (Ante – the building manager, an arrogant “company director,” and the person directly involved – their cleaner, who most likely caused the damage to our vehicle). Not once did anyone apologize, and no one made any effort to resolve the situation. The situation escalated to an absolutely absurd level – the host reported us to Booking.com claiming that we were lying and had us removed from the accommodation (even though this is not a violation of any accommodation rules). We were given one hour to leave, otherwise they would call the police. A family with two small children and a pregnant woman was suddenly left out on the street in a foreign country, during peak season, with no help whatsoever. All of this simply because we reported that our car had been damaged on their property.

Ljubaznost momka koji nas je dočekao. Parking uz objekat.

Vrlo skroman interijer. Klima jako slabo radi, kad je vručina nema šanse da ohladi apartman.
