I liked the convenience of location, plus that it was 1 floor, & quiet.
Its not a big deal, but I had a hard time w/TV wifi was connected, but it kept saying no connection.

Clean and easy to access
8 parking spots for 13 units. Air conditioning was sub standard. Asked for extra towels after first night, did not get a response.
