I mean its definitely a place in derby

It was cozy and in a great location. If you are a college kid or a solo traveler who is traveling with just a backpack looking for a place to stay for a night, this will will suffice.

All the reviews unfortunately were pretty accurate. There was no wifi card, so i had to contact the host to get on wifi (took a while), place hadnt been swept in a while, and the bathroom needs a serious deep cleaning. Shower rod was straight up broken (plastic kept popping out preventing it from staying up), no place to put soap in the shower, and fridge had a massive ice block in it which was gnarly. the bed is way too soft, so do not sleep on it with two people. The vacuum didnt work (was clogged) and id have to imagine that is why it was not cleaned much at all before we arrived. there was dust/hair/hair pins from people who stayed before. "Laundry" should not be listed on the page, as its a shared laundry set up with broken dryers costing £1, and there is no room to hang dry your clothes if you have more than 1-2 pairs of clothes to wash/dry. Further, parking in the back is sometimes tight, with residents of the building not liking when you park there (leaving notes on cars telling you not to park there). Often was difficult for me to get the rental car back there to park forcing me to find another spot or park in front (kinda sketchy due to the area).

It’s okay. However, the only downside is the bed and mattress, this can be upgraded as it was not comfortable sleeping on it. Every other thing is superb👌

Comfortable, warm, close to Reach conference centre.

Clean, comfortable, parking, good communication, great security, good heating - nice and warm. Very soft bed - was comfortable though. Quiet other flat residents.

A few addicts in the neighbourhood / and a sign inside the exit door alerting people to ensure the door is closed and locked to prevent unauthorised access. As on ground floor and at front of property I felt that I should keep the blinds closed (as they were when I arrived).

The location, the parking space, everything

apartment was clean and tidy

rooms very small, especially the kitchen, vertical blinds don't do a lot for privacy. the buildings corridor and out side areas very neglected.
