Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De badkamer heeft geen ventilatie en daarom ruikt het er vochtig, dus niet prettig om er lang in te verblijven. Er zijn geen badlakens bij het zwembad, dus moet je er om vragen en dat kan nogal lang duren. Ook zijn ze erg klein.
De treden om in en uit het zwembad te komen zijn erg hoog, zonder iets om je aan vast te houden voor een ouder iemand niet te doen zonder hulp.
Overal zijn er veel trappen met hoge treden.

Absolutely peaceful and quiet! Huge room with a beautiful view. The tub in the room was divine. Lovely staff. Highly recommend this resort I would definitely stay again. Great base for trip to the rice terraces and Alas Harum.

욕실에서 하수구 냄새가 진동을 함. 그 냄새가 객실 전체에 가득참. 하우스키핑분에게 부탁했지만 해결은 안됨.
