Nice farm setting. Peaceful. Opportunity to feed animals. Comfy beds. Had a good night's sleep.
The cottage didn't have the name outside so wasn't sure which one we were staying in. Lots of dust. Hairs in shower. Dirty toilet. Needed a deep clean. Dirty glasses and cutlery drawer. Damp patch on bedroom ceiling.

Lovely cottage with all amenities. Wonderful Highland cow, sheep and goat friends. The Highland cows posed in front of our car and wouldn't let us through the road a couple of times, but we got some really nice close up photos before they decided to let us through!
The feed for the sheep and goats added to the experience. We had a lot of fun visiting the animals on site.
I didn't see the playground till the last two days when it was rainy so my daughter didn't get to enjoy that, but it looked amazing.
It was perfect for the Yorkshire dales and lake district.
Great for a change of scenery and if you were feeling lazy you could just stay indoors. I wish I had thought of ordering groceries direct before we arrived as that would have been easier.
tebay service station famous for good farm shop and selection of foods. Worth a visit and a short drive away.
A floor mat for the bathroom would have been good as the floor got wet and a little slippery when we got out of the shower.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. Very convenient location for a one night stop over on our way back from Scotland
Needed somewhere in the grounds where we could take our spaniel that wasn’t covered in sheep poo. Followed a sign to a dog park but could not find anything and meant walking through sheep still. Garden had dog poo that I had to pick up. Dishwasher had not been emptied from previous guests when we arrived. Bottom of oven was dirty so really smelt when warming up
