Beautiful, quiet home in a leafy suburb. Within $15 uber of the CBD.
Might be a squeeze for 4 as 2nd bathroom is quite small. We were 3 so not an issue.

Nice combination of old & new. Outside space very much appreciated. Generous hosts.Everything you need is within a 10/15 minute walk. Woollahra upmarket village, Bondi Junction regular town centre.

Easy walk or bus to Bondi Junction and Centennial Park, and in a lovely district, nice walk into Woollahra and Paddington villages for upmarket shops & restaurants.
It was really hot & humid whilst we were there and air conditioning would have been most welcome, although there’s fans in the main sitting room & bedroom it didn’t help with the heat much.

Location and amenities.
It would have been nice if Chris communicated to renters what they could use in the kitchen and what was not accessible. We had some beverages in the fridge and told him but didn't know if they were for us. There were also some staples which we used and were not sure about. The wine in the coffee area was tempting and we assumed that was for personal use.
