Our single family house is located in NW Gainesville, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with pool and small deck. There is a master bedroom (with king sized mattress) and two guest bedrooms (one king and one queen sized mattress).
Fully kitchen and small dining room. We have a single carport while you stay with bright outdoor flood lights and more driveway room for your family.
We have HD flat screen tvs in all the rooms and living room with the fastest internet package available. Several streaming TV services are included with your stay.
We have a fenced in backyard for any of our hosts with furry pets.
You'll have access to the entire house and backyard pool area.
Upon guest request, we also have a child travel kit which includes high chair, pack and play crib, children books, and child safe dinnerware. Please ask us before arriving if needed.

Nice location. Everything we needed was in close range. Very clean and has all your basic needs. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Someone even came mid stay and cleaned the pool

Corey was so awesome to work with! Very responsive and accommodating! The beds are sooooooo good! So good that I even messaged the host to see what type of mattress they were! I would definitely stayed there again!!

The house was clean and inviting and the host was very helpful and responsive. It was great for our small family who did not really cook at all in the house. Close to several restaurants and grocery stores and about a 10 minute drive to campus.

Great property. Needed place to stay for 4 nights visiting family. Was nice having the pool. I prefer staying at a house while away, as I am sensitive to the noise of slamming doors, loud hallway conversations that are often found in a hotel. This property was very quiet, both day and night which made for a peaceful night sleep. The kitchen was cozy, offering what you would need to cook a meal. Living room was comfortable and multiple streaming options available. Although only used once, it was very convenient having a washer/dryer as I was on an extended trip prior to arriving and needed to do a small load of laundry. Would definitely stay here again.
