Beautiful villas in the midst of Alphonso mango orchard. There is a certain charm of Kokan in the air and surroundings. The host, Mr Pankaj Waigankar, is welcoming. He is open to last minute changes. The villas are maintained to a high degree of cleanliness. Staff are humble, and attentive. And the food is authentically Kokani, home made by the hostess. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Prasad Villas and Home Stay.

I had a perfect monsoon stay at this property. It's right in the middle of a mango farm, with birds and swing and very peaceful, away from the city noise, though its just few kilometres away from the city centre. As a solo woman traveller, I found the place safe and comfortable. The owner of the property is a kind and helpful person and guided me for my travel in Ratnagiri. Overall I enjoyed the stay with slow peaceful mornings. The food was also homely and tasty. I would definitely visit this place again.

Food is excellent I would suggest everyone who stay prasad Villa order food from that location only rest place is waste of money.
No Amenities as we have spent 3600 per night no match. You can find other better option in this price range. No generator as power cut is regular. No point in paying for AC room.
