Pool was clean
Staff at the restaurant was very arrogant, no room service was available . Food was good but people were very arrogant

Simple and clean. 5 mins drive to main Ganpatipule temple.
Bed was comfortable. AC, BLDC fan, bathroom fittings etc in good condition as the hotel is new.
They have a large restaurant but we did not eat there as there are well known places for coastal cuisine that we had to go for.
Hot water supplied via common water heating unit that starts only after 7 am - so no early morning hot showers.
Basic breakfast served only after 8 am. There is a small restaurant close by before the hotel that serves great Maharashtrian breakfast and we went there.
No tea served between 4 pm to 6 pm - we were refused citing kitchen is closed. No electric kettle or tea coffee sachets in room although electric kettle listed in room amenities.
Room door secured by basic lock and key.
No manager seen, only staff boys on duty.
