Excellent stay with courtesy services by staff.

In fact we did not have breakfast. We had dinner and Tea . Nice preparation. Felt bit costly. Environment, location and outlook was praiseworthy.

Arrangements for bed Tea/Coffee were there but materials like Sugar,Tea/Coffee and milk powder pouches were not made available like other Hotels. This has been conveyed to the concerned.

The location of the property is very good. The staff is very cordial and polite. The food is good and hygienic but is expensive compared to the amount charged. Worth staying for a day or two. Thanks

Wonderful short stay with great host

From the moment the booking was made I was given great attention to assure me that despite the absence of the owner, everything would be taken care of. Two great rooms with balcony on the top floor and the property supplied us with everything that we asked for, which included food and beer. The father of the owner, who spoke good English, organised everything, including transport to the nearby beach. A great location and a fabulous stay. Thank you .

Nearby barking dogs in middle of the night, but not really the fault of the property.

Though it was mentioned on the sign board of the said property, BED & BREAKFAST, I could not find it while booking with Booking.Com. It is not a hotel. Cold water for drinking,was not available at restaurant, and the staff bluntly refused to arrange the same.No cold drinks even! During my stay of 24 hours, no water was offered, yes, there was some water in one plastic jar! No intercom connection to reception! No other number to contact reception desk! only 1 number 27 was available for kitchen! NO wifi in rooms.and lot many rules and regulations made it worst.

Location is very good,

Road to reach property is very bad no light. So after sight seeing if u are coming at night the road from main road towards property is without street lights. Food is very costly

A refreshing experience for my mind, body, and soul.

If you want to unwind, read a book, cuddle with your partner, and take long walks, this quiet place, snuck away from the bustling city, is perfect. Spend half the day site-seeing and half the day chilling here. I woke up to birds chirping and clouds settling over the mountains, played cricket (I think I bat like Virat Kohli, but when he's out of form), and spent the late evenings soaking in the peace. Their food is delicious (chicken thaali and sol kadhi particularly), and the staff is really prompt. The road in the rainy season is bad in patches, but the section between Mahad and Dapoli is amazing (among the best roads I've ever ridden on). It took me about 2 days after returning to get accustomed to the city life again. Definitely a must-visit place.

Flooring in bathroom get slippery during bath time, need to be mat finished.

Staff was excellent. Food was delicious. Rooms were big and spacious. Very clean.

The bathroom curtain can be longer as the water spills in the dry area and its slippery. May be a mopper and mats can be provided. The linen had stains of coffee or something.
