The location is good and the surroundings are tranquil. The service is excellent whether it is in the housekeeping or in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was good. The balcony space is great for reading, and even saw a couple of monkeys jumping from trees.
The rooms need renovation and are showing age. We had issues with plumbing in one of our rooms, which the staff tried to resolve for us. It would be great to see some more traditional Maharashtrian fare. We tried some fish for lunch, and it was not fresh. Being in the coastal belt, this was surprising.
