Before checking into the hotel, a strange situation occurred: I had paid for an early check-in and confirmed via chat in advance that everything was fine. The hotel confirmed it, but on the day of arrival, they completely "forgot" about it. Naturally, this had a major impact on my plans. Unfortunately, the hotel staff never offered any apology, which is surprising for Japanese culture and is the reason for my negative review.
