Probably not the place to return

The apartment is less than 10 min of a relaxed walk from the beach that is very tranquil. There are some good restaurants and supermarkets close to it. The apartment is big enough for two people and the mattress is comfortable. It was renovated. Especially the bathroom and the kitchen. It does have 3 bedrooms but having one bathroom and a transparent shower in it might be a challenge for more than two people.

The smell! It does not show at the pictures but it smells as an old house. It is not a terrible stink, but rather unpleasant and persistent. Every time you return, you feel it. When you open the windows, it is really noisy. The apartment is on the second floor, no lift, so mind if you can lift your suitcases. It was fine for us. But maybe for elder visitors might be difficult. Toiletries and staff for the kitchen were very scarce. We stayed for 11 nights (2 people), 2 rolls of toilet paper, two small soap bars and 2 tiny bottles of shampoo and gel, one tablete for the washing machine, 2 packs for garbage. You need to know that you have to go and buy or bring your staff. There were no additional set of bed sheets and towels in the apartment, even though we booked for 11 nights. 4 days of correspondence until they were brought.

Decepcionante

Realmente lo único positivo que puedo decir es que tenía ventiladores de techo en los tres dormitorios y aire acondicionado en el salón.

No nos gustó nada, el apartamento olía fatal, una mezcla a tuberías con olor a muerto, estaba bastante sucio, en el baño teníamos nuestros amenities pero en la ducha nos dejaron restos de amenities de otros clientes, las reformas realizadas en el apartamento son pésimas, y está lleno de hormigas por todos lados lados, es un segundo sin ascensor y las zonas comunes son antiquísimas, la playa está a un buen paseo y el centro te queda bastante lejos. Trabajo en este sector desde hace 16 años y puedo asegurar que la relación calidad precio es deplorable hay alojamientos de muchísima mejor calidad y mejor precio.

Todo estaba muy bien explicado en la app que nos enviaron. El personal fue muy atento en todo momento, la casa estaba muy limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos con la estancia.
