Nice location, but if the host wants to keep his guests safe and happy , he has a lot to do.

Nice location

No linen, no-one wants to bring their linen cupboard on holidays! non compliant railings within the house including verandah in two storey house ,make sure you have eyes in the back of your head if you have young children. No dishwashing liquid to wash up. 2 toilets rolls for 2 toilets doesn't cost much to add some extra toilet rolls especially when your paying this kind of money(missing flyscreens let's the midgees/mosquitoes in. Filthy oven (couldn't be used) Someones else's food left in freezer from a previous stay. Loose pavers on the canal wall. Definately not a child friendly house. Over $5900 for 8 nights for this. Maybe $400 a night over Christmas period. Host thought price was right for the area , maybe, but not for this house when you have to deal with all of this. Disappointing Christmas holiday.Probably the worst booking we've rented in the years of booking through booking.com
