The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. We also loved the excellent location, close to Milan city centre, supermarkets, the metro, and other convenient amenities. It was very easy to get around and explore the city from the apartment. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
One suggestion for improvement would be to install mosquito screens on the windows, as mosquitoes can easily enter when the windows or doors are opened, which can be inconvenient at night. I would also recommend providing a few more cooking pots, especially for preparing larger meals, as one pot is not always sufficient. These small improvements would make the stay even more comfortable.

Non prevista la colazione. Posizione funzionale alle mie esigenze. Mi è risultato molto comodo trovare posto nelle vicinanze per parcheggiare l'auto.
Gestione del check in da remoto dispendiosa e con portale non immediato che mi ha fatto perdere una quantità assurda di tempo per la registrazione. Proprietario di fatto latitante che si è limitato ad un contatto inziale per comunicare modalità di ritiro chiavi e null'altro con codice di apertura del cancello immobile-giardino rivelatosi errato (fortunatamente qualcuno era in uscita mentre noi dovevamo entrare). Bello guadagnare i soldi standosene seduti sul divano a non far nulla !

Curato e pulito. Ottima posizione.
Host assente, avrei gradito piú presenza e soprattutto che le informazioni anche sulle modalitá di entrare in struttura in mi fossero date in automatico, non su mia richiesta. Non ho gradito il check online con relativo caricamento dei propri documenti e pagamento della tassa di soggiorno (si devono inserire i dati della propria carta). Come suggerimento, sarebbe carino accogliere con qualche cialda per la macchinetta del caffè come benvenuto.
