The location is great. Right beside the Tube stations and amongst many restaurants and takeaways.
The mattress is surprisingly quite comfortable. I didn’t feel as claustrophobic as I thought I would have. I had 2 naps and a full sleep overnight which I was happy about.
I was a bit worried I’d hear a lot of noise but it actually wasn’t too bad.
Great facilities for toilets and showers.
I paid £20 for the early 10am check in. I tried to check in not realising it was 9:58 so it wouldn’t work so I went back. Check in again wouldn’t work and when a man came over, he said I would have to wait around 30 mins because I had chosen a female only pod. Surely that defeats the purpose of paying for an early 10am check in? Thankfully another man came over and got me sorted with a pod. This wasn’t really a straightforward check in as what it should have been.
The layout of everything is quite confusing, a lot of doors to get through.
The fan/air conditioning/whatever it is does nothing. It was warm but not unbearable.
My pillow was lumpy and when I took the pillowcase off, it was absolutely disgusting. To have cleaners think this was an appropriate pillow is beyond me.
The door to my dorm didn’t work with my keycard and 3 times I had to go up and down before a guy said just walk on in even if the light is red. Not very safe for a female only dorm?
They charge £15 per item to be stored which is extortionate. I paid £5 elsewhere to have my bag stored for a few hours.

Positives - comfy bed, clean, and quiet. Great location for central London. Showers were hot with great pressure. Female only dorm available.
Negatives - Pods were very hot I couldn't sleep the 1st night & had to buy a fan for night 2. The stairs by my pod were very creaky. Pods could do with a rail inside to hang your wet towel. For the price it was great place to rest your head.
Male staff wandered into the female dorm/shower area to clean and do a bed count. Which is fine as jobs need to be done but there was no notice placed anywhere. I wasn't overly bothered but I could imagine some women would be.

Central location, cheap prices.
Holes in bedsheets, moist and warm in capsule, dirty toilets and showers, staff that charges different customers different prices for luggage storage.
