Excellent staff and location
Lift is not working, no room service facilities and any kettle for warm water.

English breakfast on weekends, dinner always has chicken, salad, dessert . Yummy yummy.. very clean and healthy. Better than some hotel , also save money:-)))
I like the location neighborhood very quiet, clean, peaceful, very near by bus and Victoria Train Station. WiFi supper fast and good service.

All the staff are very friendly.They will tell you everything seriously and patiently.Help you as much as possible.
The room is not soundproof. The room is not ventilated. The quality of the bed is not very good. A slight movement will make a lot of noise.

Location was good and next to Victoria bus station, so I didnt have far to walk. I was in a room with 3 beds, so was quiet.
The breakfast was just continental.
