A great spot to stay between Adelaide and Sydney. Ou poodle enjoyed it too.
Needs a blind over the glass on the front door.

Excellent location - easy walk to supermarket, pub etc & EV charger (which we needed).
Spacious comfortable bedrooms.
Fantastic communication from owner (e.g messaged in advance to say what shops would be open over public holidays).
Lovely outdoor space looking onto garden and park.
There were a few things the kitchen could have used to make it easier to cook for a whole family e.g. a full size oven tray.
The back garden could use some tlc - although this space wasn’t really needed.
There is no dining table but we were able to use the generous kitchen bench for meals and board games.

Great set up with decent sized rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Very clean with lots of kitchen utensils. The location is the best with a 2 min walk to supermarket, bakery and pub. Lovely grassed area in front of house and very quiet. A/c and ceiling fans plus a great common laundry.

It was easy to get in to the property and it was spacious, clean and warm.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. One point that stood out was the requirement for guests to wash and dry all dishes before checkout, which felt unusual for paid accommodation. It would also have been appreciated if the bathroom had a heat lamp, as it became quite cold, particularly during the cooler parts of the day.
