The staff were all very helpful and the stay was really very comfortable with the services provided!
Hard to stay here if you have kids though, cause the rooms only have one queen bed

We had a wonderful stay at SAVHE Hotel and would absolutely recommend it! A big plus is the complementary afternoon tea and late night supper.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well taken care of, but what really stood out to us was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
They went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and anything we needed, and we always felt very well taken care of. Their hospitality really made our stay in Shanghai even more enjoyable.
We are very grateful for everything and would definitely stay here again when we return to Shanghai. dThank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so lovely!

Great central location, very clean room and enjoyed the complimentary tea and supper. Laundry service was very convenient and done very well. The staff are all very helpful and would definitely come again next time

The staffs are very helpful, the design is simple and nice. I love the smell when i first enter the lobby.
