Extremely poor cleaning, full of personal stuff and toys. Very poor customer service at all

Location was OK but there wasn’t a see view as expected.

Property wasn’t clean, duvet and pillow covers were not changed and bedsheets were smelly. Beds were not comfortable. They put a lot of personal stuff and toys which mean owner was using themselves and just trying to make extra money. They don’t have and proper cleaners try to manage by themselves, which is not professional and at the end they were expecting us to do a deep clean of the property. Didn’t value for money
