Very comfortable, well presented cottage in a superb location minutes from the high street and lake. No rules re our dogs so we could relax with them fully.
The back garden was really just a very tiny patio space which was far too small for our dogs to toilet so we had to walk them first thing and last thing. Not a massive issue as the weather was ok but would have been a pain had it been raining heavily. Perhaps I missed just how small this area was in the write up but think the size should be made explicit for future dog owners.

The location is excellent and very close to all amenities.
We did not dislike anything. The following comment is directly linked to our age….perching on stools to eat was a bit tricky. The table and stools made best use of space but were a challenge.

Excellent communication from hosts.
Great location for walking to the lake, shops, and eateries.
Very clean. Everything we needed and a lovely touch was the snacks and milk left for us.
We discovered we needed cycle supplies on Saturday evening when the shops were shut but Gemna was able to help by telling me about a local shop owner who would be able to help.. Saved the weekend.

The cottage was great, clean, comfortable & cosy.it had all the home comforts plus thoughtful little treats for our stay. We were kept informed regularly. The location was perfect, central to town with lots of pubs, eating places & shops & only a few minutes walk to beautiful lake Bala. Also close to other villages & towns if you want to explore.
