The fact that it was pet friendly and had parking included.
I felt it could have been set up to be a bit more homely. Utensils were missing (ie spatula). Re: location, there's definitely better places to stay in Sydney, but this apartment was were I needed it to be for treatment for my pet. If I was to stay in Sydney for a holiday, this wouldn't be my first choice. That being said, it had close to everything I needed.

Loved the location and the unit itself. It was great and central to everything we needed.
Instructions on collecting the key were confusing. I used the address provided and the gps took me in a different area entirely but not close enough to park to walk and I definitely didn’t want to take 3 sleeping kids out of the car to go on a scavenger hunt. I ended up googling Cathouse Co and it was so much easier to locate.

Location - easy access, good to have free parking. Good value for money. Good to have a washing machine.
It wasn't completely clean - we had to wash plates etc before using them and there were hairs in the bed and in the bathroom as well.
Not the best equipped kitchen, no sieve, no paper towel for cleaning.
We didn't receive check in instructions until I called the team after the allotted check in time. Instructions were very clear when they came through though.
