Would have preferred a room downstairs, as we are over 80 ,getting our luggage up was a bit of a hassle.

Really loved the loaf of bread on arrival and the extra time to check out so we didn't have to wait for the funeral in a cold car. I was also really thankful for the easy booking system through Booking.com. I actually attempted to book another place through Air BNB I gave up when they wanted my driver's license uploaded. I didn't know how.
I think when frosty it would be good to have a rail at side of the steps for old people's safety.

I.liked the chalet we were shifted. Into when our key didn't work.It was rather expensive though
The original room was just that. Nothing in it to heat anything. If a meal was required it was go to down to the hotel or bakery which would be an extra cost. While the room was nice, again it was expensive, especially with having to buy food
