The house is very spacious, nice big bedrooms with comfortable beds, each has a bathroom. The house has all the necessities for cooking, pool towels, games, etc. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are very nice and clean.
Only the downstairs bathrooms have showers, the upstairs ones have baths, which is not very practical. Because of the remote location and proximity to the forest, the house and surrounding area has a lot of insects.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house near Motovun in Istria! The property is immaculate, with a gorgeous garden that provides a peaceful setting. The house itself is well-equipped, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a washing machine, and an ironing board, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the fantastic jacuzzi—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the region.
The host was exceptional—always available and incredibly helpful. Although we encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, the host went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and efficiently, which we truly appreciated.
I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay here again!
