Location was perfect for Shoreditch, I was looking for value for money this met all that..
Shower facilities could be improved, there is a shower via a hose extension, but with poor water pressure.

Same as the pictures on the site, that was nice!
Misread the description, wanted a private room but the room is with a shared bathroom and was a room of the owner appartement which was therefore a disappointment. Therefore we didn’t end up staying in the room.
The description of how to find the room/appartement is not transmitted clearly and the agency did never pick up. Reached out hours after messaging them that was unfortunate. We figured it out on our own, but decided to not stay there due to different privacy wishes.

Nice central location. Close to good pubs and Waitrose supermarket. But still quiet. It’s not a ‘beautiful modern contemporary flat’ but it’s not priced or advertised to be: it’s functional and reasonably clean and well located: it’s all I need for as hoc overnight London stays.
Quite hard to find the right block where the apartment is located but that’s just the nature of these types of estates!

The location was perfect; we were going to an early concert near The Barbican and this was a 5 minute walk.
The room looked freshly painted and it was clean, as was the bathroom.
With very little cost to the owner, this room could be 100% better. There was no lock on the bedroom door, no light shade, no bedside table, and instructions to find it were poor. There was nothing 'wrong' with the room, but no effort had been made to make it 'beautiful'. This is an exaggeration but it could be SO much better very easily.
Please think about adding: a simple slide bolt lock (like in the bathroom), a light shade, a small bedside table for phone/alarm and maybe just tidy it up a bit. Very generously there was a hairdryer, iron and hair straighteners (?) in a basket in the room, but it was just thrown in a corner. Put it on the shelves at the very least, and mount the mirror.
