Room was small but had everything I needed
The fridge in the kitchen was used by other residence, so I had to purchase a fridge for my own room, the fence in the back garden is leaning over dangerously, not enough plates as of some missing

Fantastic value for money, exceptionally clean inside, great car park next to the property, no complaints!
Property was very easy to access with the use of the online agent/ portal
Location isn’t city centre, however i knew this when booking, area was safer than expected, with no problems

Lock system as good. A bit of learning curve at first but then ultimately reliable and efficient. My room had the bare minimum. Slept alright.
The kitchen had enough utensils to cook a meal. Bonus for tumble dryer, laundry machine, and a TV in the room.
My bedside table was uncleaned. My bed had a bit of dust. The mattress was too soft.
I could hear my room neighbour pretty well.
