We had such a lovely stay here and would definitely come back again. The house is beautiful, modern, really clean and exactly as it looks in the pictures on Booking.com — if anything, it was even nicer in person!
Everything was spotless and the house had everything we needed. It felt really comfortable and homely, and we were very happy with our stay.
Shyam was also lovely to deal with, really helpful and quick to respond. He even allowed us a later checkout at no extra cost, which we really appreciated.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Leicester and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. 😊

Comfortable beds and good size bedrooms, nice living room and kitchen, two full bathrooms in the property was an added advantage. Upstairs bathroom with a bathtub and shower suited our needs. Nice outdoor table and seating provided to enjoy the weather in the summer.
Outside area was not kept tidy and there were no scissors in the property. Parking permit was not provided initially, but the host took care of this when requested.

Beautifully appointed
Perfect location for us in Clarendon Park, enabling us to easily visit family nearby, including elderly relatives in a nearby care home.
Only possible improvement (but not essential!) to have black out curtains at the windows as well as blinds- as light coming through early morning.
