We were very impressed with the layout and amount of space within the house, which the photographs don’t really show to best effect. We were a party of 8 of mixed ages so it was important to have plenty of bathrooms. Everywhere was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of storage space. The communication emails were excellent and all instructions for access to the gated development and house worked perfectly. The additional charge for the gas BBQ was well worth it. It was delivered on our first day and we were not required to clean it before we left. We were visiting all the major theme parks so driving distances were very important. Disney was approx 25 min drive and Universal about 45 mins. It was great to be able to use the facilities within the Club House, the pool area, mini golf, gym and amusement room were a huge bonus. All the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and helped to make this a very memorable holiday.

Great location, great size rooms for the size of our party, communication was a 10
Sheets needed to be washed prior to sleeping on them I could see dirt stains along the sides and stains on them as well, looks like they just made the beds after each stay instead of washing them

The property was clean staff was super friendly and was fairly close to everything we needed. The waterpark was excellent!! We will definitely boom again with this property!!!!
