The facility is tastefully designed and exceptionally well maintained. The size and cleanliness of the bathroom are also notable. From the get-go Carmen was a great communicator and answered all my questions almost immediately and with care. I am very grateful and would be pleased to return. The location is just perfect next to the Santuario train station in the center of town with great restaurants and close proximity to the Anfiteatro entrance to Pompei Scavi, in my opinion the best place to enter the site. I would be happy to bring my wife here.
The room could be improved by adding a desk and chair and there is plenty of space for this. If I do return to Pompei - and I truly hope I do - I will definitely stay here again. In this case, I will ask for clarification about the difference between collazione (breakfast) in the room and in the local bar which costs 3 euro. I did not ask and may have preferred this option.

Convenient location to the train station and shops; only 30 minutes walk to the entrance of the archeological site, clean room

It was clean, in a good spot next to the train station and lots of restaurants. Towels, soap and lots of extras included, such as amazing apple juice and cake in the common area. Staff were friendly and prompt to answer messages. Really appreciate the fridge and air con.
The buildings not very soundproof so you can hear what's happening outside the room, which is more of an issue in the morning. Closing the shutters helps.
