We had a pleasant stay. We have stayed at Skol before, but this time we were in a different apartment. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable and overall satisfactory.
The only unpleasant issue was the large number of ants in the apartment. We were travelling with our two-year-old, so it is almost impossible for a small crumb of food not to end up on the floor, especially with a toddler eating snacks. About half an hour after our arrival, I accidentally noticed what looked like huge black stains on the floor, only to realise that they were actually ants. It was quite a shock.
The ants are very tiny and there were so many of them that they seemed to be everywhere on the floor. I had to clean and mop the floors every day to prevent them from gathering around food crumbs.
Also, the beds were not particularly comfortable and could definitely be improved.
Apart from these issues, we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment generally satisfactory.
