Lokacija je top. Priporočam vsakomur.
V nastanitvi je zelo moteč tapison na tleh. Predvsem pri samem vstopu v hišo. Bil je zelo umazan zaradi nesnage, ki so jo stanovalci na obuvalih prinesli z ulice, umazanija se je nato prenesla tudi na stopnišče in hodnike do sob. Tla v nastanitvi bi morala biti pralna, predvsem v sobah. Zaradi vročih poletij bi morali razmisliti o namestitvi klimatske naprave.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Man ist direkt mittendrin! Zimmer und Ambiente waren auch schön.
Kein Aufzug (mit Gepäck schon anstrengend), kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner und Parkplatz nur auf dem kostenpflichtigen öffentlichen Parkplatz (obwohl anders angekündigt).
