The hosts -very friendly and accommodating. They want to ensure that you have the best holiday. Prior to arriving I asked if the house was equipped with baking facilities. This wasn’t something that the host had been asked for before, however, before I knew it I received a screen shot of the next day order that had been placed. This was typical of the services offered.
The house - Beautiful building / grounds that are very well equipped. The BBQ cabin is a beautiful extra that is worth the spend. This feature will be on another level during the summer months, however, we did enjoy even in windy February!!
The animals - Donkeys, alpacas and goats. Extremely friendly, plenty of strokes, apples and carrots shared.
As a family we get together for a long weekend break a few times a year, we can honestly say this is our favourite to-date!!

The house is ideal for different families to holiday together, there is plenty of space and the 2 kitchens were ideal so we weren't tripping over each other getting breakfast ready.The games room was a hit for the evening. The views are amazing and there is plenty of parking. The house was clean and well equipped, we arrived to fresh eggs and essentials that were very welcome. There were cleaning supplies also which can be rare in some accommodation. We had a positive experience
As the first large group to use the home since renovation there were a couple of minor problems and teething issues, but that said Kate and Andy were quick to solve these. We found the bin system confusing so this could be made clearer with either a poster or labelled bins
