This is a lovely apartment, cozy, warm, well equipped. It was lovely and quiet at night time and I slept very well. Appliances were easy to use and the inclusion of dish water detergent capsules under the sink for guest use was very welcome. It all felt very homely and secure, important to me as a solo traveller., the neighbours were lovely also.
Work was being done on the building, the renters advised this was in the advert details, but I didn't notice it at the time, I did have to book in a hurry following a different letting company cancelling a place I already had booked at short notice. It is important that maintenance work is done on these historic buildings, but the scaffolding was such that it obstructed most of the daylight from the property. It is a lower floor with a sunken outdoor terrace, so you wouldn't expect full daylight anyway, but 85% of daylight was cut off, this was disappointing to me as I was using the property to have my lunch during day time hours and breaks from my class. Not an issue if you are planning to be out all day, let's face it, there's much to do and see in Brighton. I would book again if the scaffolding was not there.

Very well decorated, the theme is very cohesive. Clean and cute. The bed is very comfortable and the shower small but mighty.

Staff members were unavailable and not helpful. The flat was very cold and damp.
