Mismatch between description and realities

It was supposed to have a private washroom but in reality it was shared. No refrigerator was there which was supposed to be. The worst is the location. It's out of the city transportation coverage

The hos didn't receive a phone call, didn't answer a text that we arrive, we didn't get to enter the facility as no respond from host at around 7,30pm tried to ring the bell at property but no answer

I was left out with no check in as the result of host not answering the phone, text and bell rang,, after we left to look other accommodation the host texted us we have to pay 300eur online so she can meet us, it was a bit aukwards, we walk at a restaurant and ask help if they can ring the host it rang with no ans, after they tried again oops the host off the phone forwards the call to voicemail, around 12pm when we are at another hotel already check in the host cancel the booking requesting the cancellation fee

No one came to greet us! The number listed in the app didn't respond to messages or phone calls. We waited for two hours at the building's door, ringing every doorbell, and no one recognized Sérgio. We had to book another room.

Clean, budget accommodation

Very clean Super friendly staff

The aircon is central for all rooms and when we were asleep someone set the ac in the apartment for 18 degrees. We woke up freezing and with sore throats.

Me quedé dos días al final. Todo muy cómodo, desde la atención, la facilidad para hacer el checking y los amenities. Está bien comunicado con el centro de Sevilla por transporte público y allí en la zona aparcas sin problemas.

Excelente, fácil aparcamiento, habitación para 3 personas muy confortable, con smart TV, minibar, tetera, con varias infusiones, zumos , croissant, vamos nos quedamos sorprendidos, volveremos seguro. Instalaciones todo muy nuevo.
