The property is well located and close to many sights, shops, and restaurants. There is a MAS grocery store (not just a convenience shop) across the street. The apartment was spacious and had a washer and drying rack which we used. Two things to note: the location while great for sightseeing, was loud at night. People hang out outside the property talking and laughing into the early morning hours. We weren’t bothered but lighter sleepers might find this difficult. The only difficulty we had was with check in. The VRBO site said check-in was at 2pm but the Hogarium rental company said it was 3pm. There were no check-in instructions given the day of our arrival as expected until I texted and called to get them. We had to wait around and when we finally got the instructions, the remote opening didn’t work so we had to call a few times. This system needs to be fixed for ease of travelers. It would have been better to get all the instructions the day before or that morning of check-in. Once we finally got in, we noticed a very loose toilet seat. I alerted the company and they said someone would come by that afternoon to fix it. It was never fixed during our stay. Overall our stay was good. It would be great for future travelers to have the check-in process more efficient and streamlined.
