View from our room, super comfortable beds, friendliness of staff members
Strong air freshener in bathroom causing breathing problems. Inconvenience getting pool towels from front desk, instead of having them available at the pool side. Not having wet towel disposal bin by the pool side. Not having drinking water refill station.

The Pool and spas were very nice. The room was very comfortable and had lots of options. The location was perfect, steps to the sand, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to large grocery store. Nice balcony with room to sit and watch the sun set.
Noise from street. No air conditioning, even though it advertise as having AC. No way to adjust ceiling fans.

Nice rooms but they will be updating soon. Beautiful pool !
Do not pick a room on the north side of the facility. There were young kids with loud cars going back and forth until late at night. Don’t fall for the sales pitch it’s a waste of time. They will promise you all these free things but some you don’t get and some there is a catch. There is no air conditioning so it can get quite warm at times.
